All LED neons are for indoor use only and require a $100 bond. Freight charges apply if applicable.
All bookings require a $100 deposit to confirm the booking. We run a ‘first in best dressed’ policy. The deposit is non refundable withing 1 calendar month of the booking. 50% is refundable within a month of the event to cover admin and other costs. The full cost is to be paid prior to the event. Payment can be made by Cash, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, Direct Debit. If for any reason we have to cancel an event, all monies paid will be fully refunded though this has never happened. All pricing includes GST.
The venue needs to have safe and easy access. The big system is in a road case and does not do stairs, so a ramp or lift access is required. If access is not available for the road case, we will have to set up with a smaller system. We require this information prior to the booking as it may be impossible to do the set up. Also an adequate car park needs to be available for set up and pack up.
The DJ does not have to be fed and your DJ will not be consuming alcohol at your event. Though food and non alcoholic beverages is always appreciated. Again if this can be made clear with the booking.
Travel is normally covered, however trips over an hour from Warragul (including return trip) can incur extra charges. A 5 hour show is typically a 10 hour day for our DJ with set up, pack up and travel.
*Travel cost may be incurred if the Ceremony is a distance from the Reception for example. Power would need to be available otherwise the Power Back Up will be required.
Live Webcast Production takes employee health and safety seriously. Physical or verbal abuse towards our DJ will not be tolerated, they have permission to stop the show if they feel threatened. They will try to talk the contact for the booking to calm the situation before taking such action. This also applies to any actions that could cause damage to the equipment. Thankfully this has never happened.
